DELIVERY & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

All UK orders over £75 receive FREE Royal Mail First Class delivery! Delivery for UK orders valued at £75 or less is charged at £5.99

UK deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail – typically delivery can be expected within 2 to 5 working days of placing an order. If you do not receive your order within 7-10 working days please inform us via telephone or email. If your order does not arrive within this time, an investigation will be started to track down the order.

Our special delivery service is carried out by Royal Mail and this is charged at £13.00 for UK orders. Delivery is expected within 1-2 working days. If you order is not received within 3 working days please let us know and we can set up an investigation to track your order.

All parcels are sent on a sign for service. To enable our designated couriers to successfully deliver your parcel a signature on delivery will be required.

With attempted deliveries or failure to collect within 14 days of an attempted delivery that results in a package being returned to us. In the event of this happening you will be notified by email of this return. We can offer either a redispatch at an additional delivery charge or a refund minus the costs incurred such as original delivery charges and admin fees. If there is no response within 30 working days, the issue will be closed with no further action.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

EU Intentional standard orders are charged at £19.99. EU Courier Service is £50.00. Outside EU courier service is £6.00.

Worldwide orders can take from 3 – 25 working days to be delivered, depending on the country and location that the order is being dispatched to. If your order is not received within this timescale, please inform Medifine via email or telephone number.

PLEASE NOTE – we no longer ship to Spain or Germany due to licensing laws changing in the county.

Orders delivered to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver and Medifine can not be held accountable.

Please be aware not all our product ranges are available for international shipping.

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries whereby the address provided by the customer is not accurate. If a delivery fails due to a customer supplying an address incorrectly, we will not resend or refund the order until the original parcel has been returned to our premises and further delivery charges will be incurred or deducted from the refund.

 

In the case of a parcel being returned to Medifine Aesthetics due to an incorrect delivery address being provided or the customer not collecting from their postal office / depot, a re-delivery cost will be charged of approximately £13.00 for UK deliveries and £19.99 for international deliveries

Customers will be contacted via email should a parcel be returned to us. If there is no response within 30 working days, the issue will be closed with no further action.

If an order is refused by a client, please note the delivery costs incurred can not be refunded upon delivery back to our clinic 

 

REFUNDS 

We understand that on occasion you may need to return an item, however due to the nature of the products we sell, items cannot always be returned. Please see the below information on whether you can return an item (this does not affect your statutory rights)

  • If the item is faulty.
  • Within 14 days of receipt provided the item is unopened and undamaged. Items must be unused and in the original condition of sale.*
  • Devices can not be tried prior to return. Devices can only be returned within 14 days if they are unused, unopened and within the original condition of sale.
  • Kindly note, all postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer.  We do recommend posting returns via a trackable service; any lost or damaged post is not the responsibility of the Medifine Aesthetics Ltd.
  • Once the order is received back, we will deduct the original postal costs we have incurred.

Please be aware that devices are for personal use only. The care instructions must be followed correctly. Exchanges are not covered for accidental damage, only for manufacturing defects. Once 12 month warranty has passed no exchange can be offered.

Any device returned due to a manufacture defect, please note that we do need to consult the company directly for authorisation of exchange before a replacement can be provided.

If you wish to return your product, you must contact – info@medifine.co.uk where all information will be considered prior to accepting refunds.

*For items that have no seal, we may be unable to refund these back. Please contact the team to find out more information prior to ordering.

Reactions to Products

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to patch test any product prior to use. Always check compatibility of any purchased products with other material facts that can affect results described.

If you have followed the above process but feel that you have had a reaction to a product, please immediately report this to Medifine via info@medifine.co.uk

Depending on the issue with the item, you may be required to complete a comprehensive Product Reaction Authorisation Form, and any item(s) in question might be sent back to the manufacturer for thorough testing. This form must be fully completed within 48 hours, including photographs of the reaction.
