I got married at the weekend and at age 38 approaching 39, I wanted to look as fresh faced and glowing as possible. IN CLINIC TREATMENTS
I wanted to achieve a natural rejuvenated look. So, I opted for a course of treatment of PLENHYAGE XL.
So, what’s is this treatment?
2% high molecular weight polynucleotides.
The polynucleotide chain, in addition to attracting water molecules, has an anti-free radical action, acting as a scavenger of OH hydroxyl radicals which tend to accumulate as a result of stress, cell damage, external agents such as UV rays.
The moisturizing action and anti-free radical activity help to create an optimal environment for the growth of fibroblasts, helping to restore the elasticity of the tissues.
Nucleotides, natural DNA fractions, are the peculiar and original ingredient of this new product as they have an antioxidant action, protection and reduction of cell damage caused by UV radiation or scars.
The product contains high molecular weight polynucleotide chains whose biochemical characteristics make it highly viscoelastic and capable of binding and orienting in space a considerable quantity of water molecules, which are mainly retained at the level of the hydrophilic groups of the phosphorylated sugars of the individual nucleotides.
Macromolecules are also capable of carrying out an immediate “scavenger” action against free radicals.
Polynucleotides are important tools available to regenerative medicine to counteract the aging processes: skin revitalization is activated by the main players involved in the development of the dermis, the fibroblasts and stem cells, respecting the biological time of tissue formation.
The ingredient is extracted from salmon sperm DNA. In a study published by the International Journal of Cosmetic Science, researchers found that skin exposed to DNA extracted from salmon sperm had higher water content, increased skin elasticity, stronger collagen levels. Salmon sperm application also boosted the skin’s own ability to produce hyaluronic acid.
I love this treatment and loved the results even more.

I opted for a profhilo treatment, again, a treatment that gives a natural, healthy glow to the skin as well as anti-wrinkle injections to treat the forehead and around the eyes.
And that was my skincare routine to get my skin wedding ready.
