This daily refining toner provides the perfect amount of exfoliation to prep the skin for the rest of the HOP+ PLLA products to penetrate deeper. Salicylic acid and gluconolactone work together to gently dissolve dead skin cells, meaning the rest of your products will work better! Niacinamide, tremella mushroom, chamomile, and more soothing ingredients provide renewal and deep hydration to the skin. We can’t get enough of this bubbly miracle tonic!
All skin types, including blemish prone will love the gentle yet active nature of this toner.
Apply 1-2 pumps onto a toner pad and gently sweep over face and neck after cleansing. Do not rinse.
Avoid the eyes.
