Rich yet not heavy moisturizer. All neogenisis products are great. I have seen fantastic results with their products. Stem cell skincare is extremely effective ( human stem cells ) I have used plant stem cell products in the past and they do nothing , even the very expensive plant cell products lines so if you are interested in stem cells, Neogenisis is the brand to go for!.
