arrhythmias).

following conditions it is NOT advised that you use the device if you”:

 Are pregnant or breastfeeding. (Safety and effectiveness of the device was not tested )
 Take any medication that cause skin sensitivity. Do not use if you have any redness, irritation or inflamed skin.
 Suffer from autoimmune disorders or diabetes. (Skin healing in these cases may be impaired). If you have cancer. If you have any heart disorder.
 Have any lesions on the treatment area
 Have blood clotting disorders
 Use blood thinning medications. . (The mechanical massage by the device may induces skin hematomas)
 Are using or have used Isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 6 months. (When using Isotretinoine the skin is more fragile than usual and maybe easily injured by any mechanical massage)

The manufacture of NEWA, is committed to the quality of its products. Each NEWA device is rigorously tested for quality and performance.
The NEWA device is covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of your original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device will void the warranty

You will be asked to send your device back to us and we send this to the manufacture where they check the device for fault and try to repair this or offer a replacement if a fault is identified.
